Learn to say NO sometimes

I want you to know that your kindness is a gift, and that your willingness to share it with everyone you meet shows how sincere your heart is.
I do, however, want you to be aware that there are some situations in which you must refuse certain people. You don't need to provide an explanation if you decline something.
If you are aware that you are fatigued emotionally, psychologically, and physically, it is acceptable to say no. Even if just temporarily, it's acceptable to put your happiness and personal space first because you need to assess what's wrong with you and why you keep tolerating the same people.
It doesn't mean you're a harsh or cruel person; it just means you value yourself enough to avoid anyone or anything that makes you doubt your worth.

When our mind speaks 🧡

A FATHER AND HIS DAUGHTER❗️ Moral Story Of The Day. A father sent his little daughter to spend the holidays with family members. When the girl returned home, he asked her.  "So tell me honestly, did you enjoy your holidays?" She responded. "Everyone was nice to me apart from Aunty Nancy. She seems too harsh and I have a feeling that she hates me"  He asked. "Why? What makes you think so?"  The little girl replied.   "Firstly, she doesn't respond to my greetings no matter how many times I greet her. Secondly, there was a day I helped her find her missing watch but she didn't even say 'thank you'. And thirdly, she never interacted with me like others did, and has never spoken to me before. She's so unbelievable"  The father remarked. "Really? So, what is her reaction when you greet her?"  The girl uttered. "She would pretend not to notice me" The father paused for a moment and said.  "I think you're ...

Glow of the 🧡

How many times we said fake goodbyes but those persons were just more present in our hearts and souls than ever? Didn't we pretend we let go of people and things, yet in our deepness we knew we actually never did? And on the other hand, for how many times we secretly knew our feelings changed towards someone yet we keep doing our best to pretend it didn't, maybe because they are so dear, maybe because of our glorious past but in our deepness we know it's no longer the same, for how many times we let go of things we loved but we keep acting that they are still our choices. And the questions remain does all this mean forever? Will we fall again for what departed us? Will we let go of what enslaved us for so long? Will we say a true goodbye and an honest hello?

See you at the TOP ❤️

SECRET OF WINNING  You see the champions holding trophies. You see the entrepreneurs on magazine covers. You hear the applause. But what you don't see is more important. Early mornings: While most are sleeping, the winner is awake. Grinding. Improving. Why? Because opportunities don't wait for alarm clocks. Extra reps: That one more effort when the muscles scream, "No!" The additional hour spent on refining a skill. Going the extra mile, literally and figuratively. Why? Because ordinary doesn't win. Long days: Eight hours? Not enough. Nine? Nope. Winners clock in when they start and never really clock out. Why? Because dreams don't have office hours. Brutal reflection: Looking at failure in the face. Accepting mistakes. Analyzing shortcomings. Why? Because growth doesn't come from delusion. Personal growth: Always learning. Always adapting. Always climbing. Why? Because success is a moving target. Sounds harsh? Maybe. Let's consider Michael Jordan. Not...
