If you're still in pain and your heart hurts after letting go of someone or something. I just wanted you to know that everything is fine. It simply implies that your feelings were genuine and that you poured your heart and soul into loving someone else. No one likes to see things come to an end, and no one enjoys pain and suffering. However, there are times when we must put things away that once made us happy because they have become harmful to our soul. It's not love if it's destroying you. You are not obligated to remain in toxic situations or relationships that cause you to doubt your own worth.
It is preferable to have your heart broken once than to have it broken repeatedly.
